I am currently entering my sixth year as a BRSU Central Office administrator.  I grew up in nearby Cambridge, NY, and received an undergraduate degree in Communication from Plattsburgh State University.  After receiving my Bachelor’s, I began working as a support staff member at Schuylerville Elementary School where I discovered a passion for working with students and entered a Master’s program for Education at the College of St. Joseph.  Immediately after earning my MA, I began teaching at Pownal Elementary School where I spent the entirety of my teaching career teaching multiple grade levels.

Having served on multiple school and district-wide leadership teams as a teacher, I received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Educational Leadership from the University of New England and obtained my Principal license and was hired by Sunderland Elementary School where I served in the role of Principal for two years prior to making the transition to BRSU Central Office.
